Helpful Owners. Safe Area. Huge Patio.

We come to the Destin area almost every summer and this was our best condo yet (I’m super picky when it comes to rentals/hotels) The front door has a digital code which was great for easy access for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, large coffee pot (cone filters), new appliances, full-sized washer and dryer combo. 3 bathrooms! 3 bedrooms! High ceilings! Comfy and clean leather furniture. Everyone slept well, great beds and linens. Ground floor, corner unit, huge patio, great gulf view. The pools were great, friendly guests, had live music by the bar area. The owner was helpful and gave immediate feedback when asked. We rented bikes from pug rentals and they delivered them to
the bike rack near the condo. We felt safe with the kids riding around the property with a 15 mph speed limit, sidewalks, and gated community. My favorite feature—-the designated covered parking spot!
